Training (open to all)

Silverpaw skidded into the training hollow. He sat down and gave his chest a few licks. As Silverpaw waited he spotted a thrush in a nearby tree. He watched it very carefully, but suddenly it flew away at the snap of a twig. Silverpaw turned to where he heard the noise and his fur began to bristle as a young warrior stepped out. He narrowed his eyes as he looked at the warrior " What are you doing here?" he spat. But at Silverpaws words it vanished into thin air.

[*Crimson*]

Sandfur trotted into the training hollow he had told Silverpaw to be here, When he saw him he was about to call out when Sandfur heard what he said but when he looked around he didn't see anyone or smell anyone when he tested the air,

"Who are you talking to?" He asked making his way over to Silverpaw. He looked around again but still he didn't see anyone.

Silverpaw let his fur lay flat as he turned around. "There was a cat infront of me and she just disapeared." he said glancing around once more. "Ok lets start training." Silverpaw said with an excited tone. He tasted the air once more this time he smelled the mysterious cat and turned around to be looking him in the eye. Silverpaw noticed her barring his teeth at her and did the same.

Sandfur nodded and opened his mouth to give a direction, when Silverpaw seemed to bare his teeth to thin air he got a bit concerned. Again he tested the air but this time there was a strange tang to it,

"What are you doing Silverpaw?" He said a bit concernedly he didn't like things he couldn't explain but he could sense something was there and obviously Silverpaw could see it.

Silverpaw stood his ground and turned around and said to Sandfur "You can't see him?" he asked but as the words came out of his mouth he was bowled over. Silverpaw dug his hind claws into the big toms stomach as the tom bit his ear. Blood spattered on the ground visible to any eye,but why couldn't Sandfur see the tom? Silverpaw kicked hard and the tom flew off hitting the ground and then vanished. He looked to where they were fighting and sure enough there was russet fur and blood on the ground.

Sandfur took a step forward when Silverpaw attacked thin air. He jumped back when he saw the blood and fur land on the ground around Silverpaw. Sandfur ran over to Silverpaw sniffing him over, he noticed the bite on Silverpaw's ear and shaking his head he said,

"What was that about?" He growled looking around the clearing. He barred his teeth in the direction that his apprenctice kicked. He felt a bit silly but after what he had seen he wasn't going to take any chances.

Silverpaw hissed at the cat before it disapeared. "You didn't see him. He was huge and had long legs. Can we go back to training please." he said to Sandfur. Silverpaws ear hurt but it was a battle wound and it made him proud. He sat down and quickly groomed himself before looking straight at a bush.

Sandfur looked strangly at Silverpaw, he didn't like it that he was getting attacked by invisible cats. Frowning, Sandfur nodded and paced into the middle of the clearing before sitting down towards Silverpaw,

"First clean your ear, you won't be any good if it gets infected." Sandfur shook his head letting his ears flop around to make his point,

"After that we will work some more on fighting, you need to know some new moves that might be hard, and are very effective." Sandfur acctually was going to do that even before the cat that 'he didn't see.'
